Recreation Center

The main room of the Rabbit Run Recreation Center, located at 1920 Fort Harrods Drive, is available for rental by Rabbit Run Recreation Center members only. Those wishing to rent the center must demonstrate that they have a current homeowners insurance policy.

WiFi is available at the recreation center.

Rental Agreement Form -- NEW! Effective Nov. 1, 2018:

Rentals require payment of fees, appropriate deposits and agreement to all terms listed in the rental agreement form. A signed form and the appropriate payment is required before a rental is considered reserved.

NON-BUSINESS-RELATED RENTALS (without pool)

Day Rental (8 a.m to 5 p.m.):
 $75

Night Rental (5:30 p.m. to 12 midight): $75

All Day Rental (8 a.m to 12 midnight): $150
 

BUSINESS-RELATED RENTALS (without pool)

Day Rental: $125 (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Night Rental: $125 (5:30 p.m. to midnight)

All Day Rental: $250 (8 a.m. to midnight)

Please consult the recreation center calendar for general availability, but to confirm availability please contact the managing agent at rabbit.run@twc.com. All members who wish to rent the center will need to complete and sign in advance a rental agreement form, and submit it along with the apprpriate refundable deposit and rental fee. All checks should be made payable to RRHA.

POOL OPERATION
The Rabbit Run pool is open on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.  

The regular hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week. When Fayette County pools are in session the weekday operating hours are 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The pool will be open from Noon until 4 p.m. during these times without a lifeguard on duty. No one under 16 may be at the pool without an adult during this time.
